Anytype for Business is not intended for children under 13 years old, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. You may not use Anytype for Business if you are below the applicable minimum age.
If you accept these Terms for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

If You Are an Invited User
This section applies if you use Anytype for Business through an account provided, invited, paid for, or managed by your employer, client, school, association, or another organization.
You may use Anytype for Business only as authorized by that organization and only for that organization’s permitted business purposes. You are responsible for following these Terms, applicable law, and your organization’s own policies.
Your organization may control your access to Anytype for Business, including through Google, Microsoft, or another identity provider. Your organization may add or remove you, change your role or permissions, restrict channels, configure security settings, and disable your access.
Content and data created, uploaded, stored, shared, or received through an organization account may be controlled by that organization. Your organization may be able to manage, delete, export, or restrict access to organization channels and related data where the product supports it.
If you leave the organization, change roles, or lose access to the identity provider, you may lose access to the organization account, channels, content, and paid features. You should not export, delete, transfer, or keep organization content unless you are authorized to do so by the organization and by law.
Any is not responsible for your organization’s internal policies, employment decisions, access decisions, or disputes between you and your organization. For questions about organization access, organization-controlled content, or your role, contact your organization admin.
Google and Microsoft Login
Anytype for Business may allow users to log in with Google, Microsoft, or another supported identity provider.
For login, we request only the authentication and account-profile information needed to verify the user and connect the user to the correct organization. We do not receive Google or Microsoft passwords. We do not use Google or Microsoft login to access Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, or other account content unless a separate feature asks for that access and the user approves it.
Your organization is responsible for configuring and maintaining its identity provider, user directory, domain settings, and access policies.
Business Sign-In and Key Management
Anytype for Business may use a separate sign-in service to enable Google or Microsoft login. This service stores an association between a user’s corporate email address and encrypted private key material needed for the user’s device to access and decrypt business content.
This key material is encrypted using master-key encryption and protected with access controls, monitoring, and operational security measures. Encryption and decryption of content happens on the user’s device.
You and your organization are responsible for making sure only authorized users are invited and retained in your organization.

Plans, Fees, and Payment
Some Anytype for Business features require a paid plan. Plan details, pricing, billing periods, and included features are shown during checkout, on an order form, or on the relevant pricing page.
Unless an order says otherwise:
- Fees are billed in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

If payment fails or fees are overdue, we may suspend, downgrade, or terminate access to paid features after reasonable notice, unless immediate action is needed for fraud, abuse, legal, or security reasons.
We may change pricing or paid features. If a change affects an active subscription, we will provide advance notice before the change applies.
Trials, Discounts, and Promotions
Any may offer trials, discounts, credits, coupons, startup plans, education plans, or other promotions. These may have additional eligibility rules, limits, expiration dates, or usage restrictions.
We may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law. We may revoke promotional access if eligibility information is inaccurate, the promotion is abused, or the account violates these Terms.
Refunds and Cancellation
Unless an order, checkout flow, or mandatory law says otherwise:
- You may cancel a subscription and continue using paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- After 30 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or approved by Any.
Refund requests should include the account, organization, transaction details, and reason for the request.
Service Changes, Availability, and Support
We may update, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but Anytype for Business may change over time.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Support is provided according to your plan, order, or written agreement with Any.
Beta and Preview Features
We may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. These features may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or discontinued. They are provided for testing and evaluation unless we state otherwise.
Do not rely on beta or preview features for critical workflows unless you accept the risk that they may change or stop working.

Suspension and Termination
These Terms apply while you use Anytype for Business.

- Fees are overdue.
- We reasonably believe use of the service creates a security, legal, operational, or reputational risk.
- We are required to do so by law or by a third-party platform, identity provider, or payment provider.
- Continued access could harm Any, users, third parties, or the service.
Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. We may act without notice where needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, service integrity, or user protection.
After termination, access to the service may end immediately. Content may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy, the product’s deletion process, your organization’s settings, and any applicable agreement. Locally stored data may remain on devices unless deleted from those devices.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, and dispute provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Any and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data.

You may not use Anytype for Business if you or your organization are subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions, or if your use would cause Any to violate those laws.
You may not use Anytype for Business for purposes prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions laws.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms, updating the date above, sending a notice, or showing an in-product notice.
Continued use of Anytype for Business after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Anytype for Business and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The courts of the Canton of Zug, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms, unless mandatory law requires another forum.
